Products and Availability
The products sold on AMAR are clothing and accessories inspired by the world of Formentera’s chiringuitos. The characteristics of each item (materials, sizes, colors) are described in its product page.
The images are for illustrative purposes only: slight color differences due to monitor settings or photographic rendering do not constitute product defects.
- Actual availability: Every purchase is subject to the actual availability of the product in stock at the time the order is confirmed.
- Out of stock: In the event that an item becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, AMAR will promptly contact the customer to offer an equivalent item or issue a full refund.
- Quantity limits: AMAR reserves the right to limit the number of units that can be purchased per order in the case of limited editions or special promotions.
Prices and Payments
All prices listed on the website are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT at the current rate. Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout and depend on the destination, as detailed on the page Orders and Shipping.
AMAR reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices applied to each order are those displayed at the time the order is placed.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and debit cards from major networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Card payments are processed by certified providers PCI-DSS: AMAR does not store complete card information on its servers. For bank transfers, the order will be processed upon receipt of the funds.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from AMAR's operational headquarters in Formentera via qualified couriers. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are listed in detail on the page Orders and Shipping.
Standard processing times are 1–2 business days, except during periods of high demand, when they may be longer. The risk associated with shipping passes to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the recipient or to another party designated by the buyer.
For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
Returns and Refunds
The buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without having to provide a reason and without penalty, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:
- Contact customer service by email info@amarchiringuito.com by the specified deadline
- Wait for authorization and return instructions
- Return the product in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the product is defective, incorrect, or non-compliant. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Liability
AMAR is liable for the conformity of the products sold in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code. AMAR’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product and does not include indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages to third parties.
AMAR is not responsible for:
- Delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or due to force majeure
- damage resulting from improper use of the product or use that does not comply with the care instructions
- service interruptions due to maintenance, cyberattacks, or provider malfunctions
- content from third-party websites accessible via links on this site
In any case, nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits AMAR’s liability in cases where such liability is mandatory under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, the logo, the AMAR brand, and the visual identity—is the exclusive property of FAR AWAY LA MOLA S.L. or their respective owners and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized use of the content, including reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission, or publication—even in part—is prohibited without the prior written consent of AMAR. Personal use is permitted only within the limits set forth by applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, the seller’s country of establishment. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence remain applicable.
For any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions, the parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable settlement. If no agreement is reached, the court with jurisdiction over consumers shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, provided it is located in Italy or Spain.
