AMAR is a chiringuito on Playa de Migjorn beach, one of the most open and natural areas of Formentera.
Here, the landscape is still untamed: light-colored sand, the open sea, and the island’s slow pace.
Amar was born out of a specific spirit:
a simple yet well-kept place, where the pleasure of eating and drinking well is at the heart of everything, and the rest—feeling good, spending time together—comes naturally.

The project stems from the meeting of two maritime cultures:
the Romagna Riviera and Formentera.
