For returns due to a change of mind or size, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to our headquarters in Formentera.

  • Items Damaged by the Customer

    Products with accidental damage, tears, stains, or alterations that occurred after delivery and are not attributable to the manufacturer.

  • Items without original tags

    Products without tags, seals, or original packaging, even if unused.

If an item is not suitable, we will notify you by email, and you will be responsible for returning the product. No charges will be applied by our store.
