Multiple or separate orders
If you order items with different availability times, we may split the shipment into multiple packages at no additional cost. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please carefully check the city, ZIP code, street address, intercom number, and country code before confirming your order. If there are any errors, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase: once the package has been handed over to the courier, any reshipments or storage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
